Arizona Voice for Crime Victims (AVCV) is a nonprofit organization based in Scottsdale, Arizona, dedicated to providing comprehensive legal and social services to victims of crime. AVCV was the first organization in the nation to offer pro bono legal representation and social services aimed at asserting and enforcing victims’ constitutional rights in state, federal, and tribal courts.

The Arizona Superior Court in Pima County offers a range of services to support victims of crime, primarily through its Adult Probation Department’s Victim Services Unit. This unit is dedicated to ensuring that victims are informed, supported, and involved throughout the probation process.

The Arizona Governor’s Office, through the Governor’s Office of Youth, Faith and Family (GOYFF), provides a comprehensive array of services and initiatives aimed at supporting victims of crime across the state. These efforts focus on prevention, intervention, and support for survivors, particularly in areas such as domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking.

The Arizona Department of Juvenile Corrections (ADJC) offers comprehensive support to victims of juvenile crime through its Victims’ Rights Unit (VRU). This unit is dedicated to ensuring that victims are informed, supported, and empowered throughout the juvenile justice process, aligning with Arizona’s constitutional victims’ rights.

Amberly’s Place is a nonprofit family advocacy center located in Yuma, Arizona, dedicated to providing comprehensive support to victims of abuse. The organization offers a coordinated, multidisciplinary approach to assist individuals and families affected by various forms of abuse.

Against Abuse, Inc. (AAI) is a nonprofit organization based in Pinal County, Arizona, dedicated to supporting survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, dating violence, stalking, and sex trafficking. Since its establishment in 1981, AAI has provided trauma-informed, culturally responsive services that are person- and family-centered, strength-based, and choice-driven.

Administration of Resources and Choices (ARC) is a nonprofit organization based in Arizona, dedicated to providing comprehensive services in housing stability and elder protection. Serving communities across Southern Arizona and the Greater Phoenix area, ARC focuses on empowering individuals and families through education, counseling, and direct assistance.

Phoenix Rescue Mission provides comprehensive, Christ-centered solutions for men, women and children trapped in cycles of homelessness, addiction and poverty.

Through OVC, the Crime Victims Fund supports a broad array of programs and services that focus on helping victims in the immediate aftermath of crime and continuing to support them as they rebuild their lives. Millions of dollars are invested annually in victim compensation and assistance in every U.S. state and territory, as well as for training, technical assistance, and other capacity-building programs designed to enhance service providers’ ability to support victims of crime in communities across the Nation.

ALERT serves victims and survivors of human trafficking by providing access to protection, empowerment, stability, and self-sufficiency through comprehensive case management, advocacy, education, collaboration, and capacity building. Through education, outreach, community training, advocacy and a variety of programs and services, ALERT strives to end the suffering and dehumanization of victims of human trafficking.

The mission of the Gila County Attorney’s Office of Victim Services is to assist victims of crime in a timely, efficient and compassionate manner; to advocate for the protection of their rights, understanding of those rights and procedures for exercising those rights.

The Arizona Coalition For Victim Services (ACVS), is a nonprofit network of individuals, government agencies, and nonprofit organizations that provide direct services to crime victims and/or technical assistance to direct service providers.

A New Leaf is a comprehensive nonprofit organization based in Mesa, Arizona, dedicated to supporting individuals and families facing challenges such as homelessness, domestic violence, and financial instability.

The mission of ADCRR Office of Victim Services is to provide crime victims/survivors compassionate support during the post conviction phase of the criminal justice system with release information, resources and restitution assistance throughout an inmate’s incarceration and supervision. We advocate for a better understanding of crime victims’ rights and other challenges victims face throughout the criminal justice system through education, presentations and dedicated services to the community.

Arizona provides financial assistance to victims of crime for out-of-pocket expenses incurred as a direct result of the crime. Victim Compensation may help pay for out-of-pocket expenses including: medical costs, funeral expenses, mental health counseling, wage loss, transportation costs, and crime scene cleanup.

Chrysalis offers a comprehensive array of trauma-informed programs for individuals and families impacted by domestic abuse. We take a 360-degree approach to the issue of abuse, working with the victim, the offender and the children.

We currently have 40 beds in our Domestic Violence Shelter and Youth Shelter combined. Our Domestic Violence Shelter serves individuals and families of all genders. We strive to practice Trauma-Informed Care across all aspects of our agency’s work. Our Counseling, Legal Advocacy, and Community Education programs all serve residents in both shelters, in addition to the larger Northern Arizona community. In 2017, Northland began housing the local collaborative Flagstaff Initiative Against Trafficking (FIAT), in order to intervene in human trafficking and exploitation.

RAINN (Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network) is the nation's largest anti-sexual violence organization. RAINN created and operates the National Sexual Assault Hotline (800.656.HOPE,online.rainn.org y rainn.org/es) in partnership with more than 1,000 local sexual assault service providers across the country and operates the DoD Safe Helpline for the Department of Defense. RAINN also carries out programs to prevent sexual violence, help survivors, and ensure that perpetrators are brought to justice.
